Check-in / check-out: unfortunately in high season, for organizational reasons, the reception can perform check-in activities only from 15:00 all 20:00. In case of arrivals before 15:00 however, you can leave your luggage in the reception if you wish. In case of arrivals after 20:00, to remedy this problem it is essential to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org by 19:00, with the expected time of arrival, the data relating to the document (photo), residenza, and place and date of birth of the guests. In this way, a person will be waiting for you at the reception. There is no night porter service. To check out, To check out 08:00 all 10:00.
Rooms: all rooms have private bathrooms. The rooms are not soundproofed, but they are still silent, since the hotel is located on a hill. All rooms are equipped with double beds consisting of two single beds joined together. The beds are of standard size and can be divided on occasion. It is not possible to add extra beds. The complete change of linen (Bed linen and towels) it will be done every three days. The rearrangement of the rooms will be carried out every day within hours 12:00 (provided that the staff can have free access to them). The superior rooms are equipped with a fridge. Drying room: in the standard rooms there is a small one near the window, in the superior ones there is a large one on the terrace.
Pets: Unfortunately, to our chagrin in the first place, and for some years now, it is now the hotel's policy not to allow animals. Too many bad experiences. Too much rudeness.
Minors guests: minors without parents can only be accepted if they bring with them a written authorization signed by their parents, accompanied by their documents.
Breakfast / catering: this year the hotel does not offer breakfast or restaurant service. However on site there are distributors of both drinks and sweet and savory snacks (coffee / tea € 1.00 – water 0.50lt € 1.00 – chocolate € 1.50 – cans € 2.50 – beers € 3.50 – snacks €1,00-€1,50). As for the offer of half board or full board, there are distributors of excellent hot meals as first courses (ravioli made with low-fat melted butter and sage, sedanini with cheese and pepper, etc.), seconds (goulash with potatoes, turkey escalope with lemon and mashed potatoes, etc.), or unique dishes (roast veal with spelled and vegetables, eggplant parmigiana, etc.), all at a price between € 10.00 and € 12.00.
Parking / rentals: the hotel has a private and free parking, but not guarded. The hotel does not rent bicycles or scooters directly but can be done in local shops. It is not possible to keep a bicycle in the room. In any case, there is the possibility of leaving it in a guarded closet on the ground floor.
Billing: invoices are made on the day of check-out, they include any extras, and the copy is emailed to the recipient. Different recipients for billing must be indicated prior to departure.
Payments: for payments to be made by bank transfer (down payments / balance), the bank details are “Bexihotels International Srls – WERE GOING: IT13T0306970654100000000792 – BIC/SWIFT: BCITITMMXXX”. If the person making the payment is different from the guest, we kindly ask you to indicate the latter in the reason for payment.
Wi-fi: there is and it's free, but it has no performance “from the city”, a general problem of the whole Island of Elba.

Distances: the hotel is located at 5′ by car from the port and 25′ by car from Marina di Campo airport. The closest sandy beach is that of Biodola (15′ of car) and there should be at least two managers able to rent deck chairs and umbrellas.
Refunds: unfortunately it is not possible to ask for a refund of a non-refundable reservation, or refundable but already in penalty. The policy of applying a discount for non-refundable bookings that every hotel makes, has the purpose of compensating for a lower income with the advance of the collection, which allows for better programming for the rest of the season.
However it is our policy, to come up against people who run into these situations, that of not letting them lose their money, giving them the opportunity to use the hotel in another period of time, possibly updating the rates.
In case you do not show up on the check-in date, nor in a subsequent period, we invite you to provide us with an IBAN where you can refund any tourist tax already collected.
Discount on ferries: discounts on ferries are only possible for direct bookings, and not through portals.
The modality is the following: when the customer pays the deposit, the hotel responds by sending a code that entitles you to a discount of 15% or of 20% depending on the period of the year or whether it is a weekend or not.
Pool: is available to guests from 10:00 all 19:00, the number of people present will be regulated, and can only be accessed in possession of the green certificate.
